Your order
You choose the format, style, size and other portrait details, then upload a photograph you are entitled to use. Prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where stated.
Proof and revisions
Your first proof and two revision rounds are included. Nothing is sent to production until you approve the proof. The on-page configurator is an approximation; the emailed proof is the artwork you approve.
Payment
Vipps normally authorises a reservation that is captured after approval. Card and other Stripe-supported methods may be processed when the order is placed. The checkout shows the applicable total before you confirm payment.
Production and delivery
Approved physical portraits are produced on demand through Gelato. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and may be affected by the carrier or destination. Digital products are delivered electronically after approval.
Problems and liability
Tell us promptly if an order is damaged, incorrect or not delivered so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
