What we collect

• The photograph, pet name, artist instructions and portrait choices you submit.
• Your email, delivery details and the order and payment status needed to fulfil your purchase. Printed Pet does not store complete card details.
• Technical and campaign information only when you allow the relevant optional category in the privacy settings.

Why we use it

We use this information to prepare your proof, take and administer payment, produce and deliver approved work, provide order support, prevent abuse and meet accounting or other legal obligations.

Services involved

Orders may involve Stripe or Vipps for payment, Gelato for production and shipping, Resend for transactional email, Supabase for protected order data, and Vercel for hosting. Microsoft Clarity analytics and Meta campaign measurement remain off unless you allow their category.

Cookies and similar storage

Necessary storage remembers your privacy choice and supports security and checkout. With permission, analytics storage helps us understand the funnel and Clarity sessions; marketing storage helps measure Meta campaigns. You can change these choices at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Retention and your choices

We keep order information only as long as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping duties. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of eligible information, or object to optional processing, by contacting us. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
